EUR-Lex service health and integrated metrics
  What do these figures mean?

End-User Experience (Search Performance)   This page presents a quick-glance view on all metrics collected from EUR-Lex web service.

Status figures provide a visual representation of metrics. Blue status means all metrics probes were a 100% successful. Green (informational) status suggests that on average at least one probe in an hour has failed for some reason (or in case of Search Performance either failed or took more than 10 sec.) leaving availability figures in the range of 83% - 99%. Orange (warning) status informs about inconsistent EUR-Lex service performance when more than one metrics probe on average has failed (17%-82% availability). Red (failure) status implies severe metrics performance downfall (0%-16% availability). When more than one metrics falls in this range the overall service health is likely to be substantially affected by it.
Availability figures present a detailed percentage on web service availability to the outside world.

Response provides information on average daily successful probe times. Although service metrics availability could remain 100%, a consistent increase in service response times could hint on a trend in service performance downfall since it would take longer time periods for the every day users to interact with web services.

Service health provides a high-level average availability figure of all EUR-Lex service metrics for the previous day.
